You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust.
You were born with ideals and dreams.
You were born with greatness.
You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don’t.
You have wings.
Learn to use them and fly.
We grow up with stories
We grow up with stories about who we should be and how we must act to be accepted and loved. We want to fit in, so we let go of parts of our self and hide ourselves to fit in. Slowly, we loose connection with our own soul and who we really are and what we really want. We say yes to things we shouldn’t. We put others needs first and the business of life takes over. Meanwhile, our hearts ache.
But don’t be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth… Then comes a moment of feeling the wings you’ve grown, lifting.Rumi
This or my life?
We live in a unique time and more is being asked of us every day. The busier we are, the more we get disconnected from each other, from our mother earth; and more importantly from ourselves.
It’s time to pause and ask– this or my life? Are you saying yes, really saying yes to your life?
Are you ready to reclaim your wildness, to courageously step forth and stop telling stories that keep you small, to take your place as a female leader in this world? To see there is strength in vulnerability, medicine in the wilds, and all the answers you need in your own heart.
Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside dreams. Who looks inside awakens.Carl Jung
Say yes to your soul
After stage 2 adrenal dysfunction, back problems, not being seen at work and watching two of my girlfriends both in their early 40’s die from cancer; I found my fierceness. I found my voice and started to say yes to myself. It called me forth to face my fear, tell some hard truths, and change my life.
There are women everywhere taking the same courageous steps- learning to tell their messy truths, reclaiming their wildness, remembering the whole of who they are, daring to sit with their creative longings, and daring to unfold their own myth.
I passionately believe that each human being is a gift to the world. There is only one of you, your expression is unique and the longer you hide and ignore the call of your soul, the more unhappy you’ll be, the unhealthier you’ll be and the longer the world misses out on seeing the true expression of you.
I am passionate about this work. I fiercely believe in the beauty of your heart. If invited, I will be honored to be your guide through this journey. It’s a joy for me to support you in discovering your soul’s qualities, claiming your rightful place in this world, and removing the blocks that stand in your way.
